I know some of the Zulus 4K throw levers, specifically the large knob levers, might not be the prettiest looking out there. I'm still learning and evolving on the design side, so I don't know all the tricks of the trade. That said, I've found a newer, better pattern that appears to print cleaner and look significantly better once printed. It'll be more of an inverted pyramid pattern, just enough texture so its not smooth. So the listing for the Zulus 4K Large Lever will be updated to the new style, and going forward, that is what will be sent out when ordered. As I said on the homepage, I'm constantly trying to improve the product and make it better, especially if things aren't getting great feedback.
Now, all that said, these are 3D printed, so DO expect some minor blemishes here and there. I try to clean things up as best I can and smooth things out. I do have to manually remove support material from holes, and that can lead to some blemishes from picks. If anyone has a Large knob zulus 4k lever and they're not fully satisfied with the print quality, please send me a message, either through the site or via email and I will either get you the new replacement or can swap it out for the low profile version.
